Welcome to GridBee. This guide covers everything you need to install the Chrome extension and Flow mobile app, start your free trial, and use all six modules. Designed for any user with a Google account.

Step 1 Install the Extension

Make sure you're signed in to the Google account you want to use, then install the GridBee Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store. Sign up using that same Google account—it becomes your GridBee identity.

Step 2 Start Your 14-Day Free Trial

Upon sign-up, you automatically get 14 days of full access to all six modules. No credit card required.

Open any Google Sheet and click the GridBee icon to launch the sidebar.

GridBee includes six integrated modules. Each one has its own dedicated page with detailed instructions:

Step 4 Install the Flow App

To collect data on mobile, open the Flow web app on your phone. Save it to your home screen for quick access—

On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari and select "Add to Home Screen."

On Android, tap the three-dot menu in Chrome and select "Install app."

Step 5 Choose Your Plan

When your trial ends, pick the plan that fits. The Free tier gives basic access with usage caps. The Pro tier ($49/month) unlocks unlimited access to all six modules. No long-term commitments.
