Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 May 2026
Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a GridBee Pro subscription. It applies to all purchases of GridBee made through our checkout. GridBee is operated by Briltek Cloud ("we", "us", "our").
Please read this alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payments and Processing
GridBee subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider on our behalf. Your payment details (such as card information) are collected and handled directly by that provider — GridBee never stores your full payment information. Your receipt and invoice are issued at the time of purchase to the email address you provide at checkout.
Refunds, where approved, are returned to your original payment method through the same provider that processed the charge.
Try Before You Buy — the 14-Day Free Trial
Every new GridBee user receives a 14-day free trial of GridBee Pro, with full access to all paid modules and no payment information required.
We offer this trial specifically so you can evaluate GridBee thoroughly before paying. We strongly encourage you to use it. Because the trial gives you a complete, no-risk way to assess whether GridBee meets your needs, our paid-subscription refunds are limited as described below.
First-Payment Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied. If you subscribe to GridBee Pro and are not happy with it, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that charge, for any reason.
This guarantee applies once, to your initial Pro payment. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Renewal Payments
GridBee Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Renewal charges — every payment after your first — are generally non-refundable, because you have already had a full month of access plus the original trial to evaluate the Service.
We make two exceptions, at our discretion:
-
Accidental renewals. If you intended to cancel but were charged for a new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will normally refund that charge, provided you have not made significant use of the Service during the new period.
-
Service failure. If a sustained outage or defect prevented you from using GridBee Pro for a meaningful portion of the billing period, contact us and we will consider a partial or full refund.
Cancelling to Avoid Future Charges
A refund and a cancellation are different things.
-
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period, then the subscription lapses. No further charges occur.
-
Refunding returns money you have already paid, subject to this policy.
To cancel, use the cancellation or subscription-management link in any receipt email you received at checkout, or email us at gridbee@briltek.cloud and we will help. Cancelling is always free and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country or region.
In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the limitations in this policy. Note that by choosing to start using a digital service immediately, you may consent to the supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends, which can affect that right; our checkout captures this consent at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email gridbee@briltek.cloud from the email address on your GridBee account and include:
-
The email address used at checkout
-
The order, invoice, or transaction reference from your receipt email
-
The reason for your request
Processing Time
We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days. Once a refund is approved and issued, the funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control this final settlement timing.
What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds except where required by law:
-
Renewal payments outside the accidental-renewal and service-failure exceptions above
-
Requests made more than 14 days after your first payment (for the money-back guarantee)
-
Charges where the account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
-
Dissatisfaction based on features clearly described as unavailable, planned, or experimental at the time of purchase
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly, and a refund is usually faster than a bank dispute.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your GridBee account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
Currency and Fees
GridBee Pro is priced in US dollars. If your payment method uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply conversion rates and fees that are outside our control. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency for the amount charged; we are not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the extension or by email. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
